We are living in unusual times and we realize disposable income is not what it used to be with the effects of inflation on just about everything we buy. The "almighty dollar" isn't seeming so mighty at the moment and many are facing hardships. Unlike what we were told that "inflation is temporary" we've learned that isn't necessarily true and now most agree it's here to stay. Because of the current state of affairs and presumption that it will be here for awhile we at Volt TV have decided to "freeze all price increases" on every product and every plan for a minimum of 2 years. This commitment stands regardless of the "increasing costs of doing business" so we stand with you and will absorb all future costs to our bottom line until the "smoke clears". We will offer "discounts & Specials" from time to time but you can rest assured your entertainment costs WILL NOT rise being a VOLT TV customer.
Further, we are reinstating our "hardship program" for all those in current distress. If you are experiencing financial issues but want to keep your VOLT TV service please contact support for the application and information on the process in general. On a case by case basis, we will evaluate and implement abatement pay schedules for customers to assist them through a difficult time. This programs are available for a limited time and are subject to change at any time without notice.
